"I had a very good experience with the minute clinic. I was skeptical at first. The provider Susanna was very warm and friendly. I would come here again for services. I will say the check in process was odd. There’s no sign to say check in at the kiosk. The kiosk was behind the front desk too. There should be signage to indicate what to do. But that is the only thing I would suggest to improve."

"Debbie, the Nurse Practitioner, was kind enough to fit me into an appointment even though I didn't have one scheduled. It's rare nowadays to receive great customer service from medical clinics in general, but her bedside manner was terrific. Thank you for your attentive service!"

"Warning! Do not use this service if you do not want to be charged multiple times for a completely covered exam. I was charged on February 17th of this year for my wellness exam which is COMPLETELY covered at zero cost to myself. After taking nearly an hour to address the issue, in which they could not address on site. After the first call, the rep voided the charge. I was then charged a second time for the SAME procedure on June 12th. I called, spent over an hour, voicing between reps, that all informed me that I would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for them to mail me a refund check. I finally had a supervisor drop the time to 3 to 5 business days. I am a business owner, we have a merchant service an l account (used for all billing purposes) that you can void a sale/purchase while it is pending, this was in the pending status at the time. AGAIN, THIS WAS A COMPLETELY COVERED EXAM, ZERO COST TO ME. Now I have to wait, no compensation for interest on my money since it is no longer in my possession nor any protection against the account overdrafting. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! The only reason they had my card information is that its required for your appointment that you must use the kiosk to set up."

"I am new to this town. I had to do some tests for my university and Ms. Jill really was so informative and helpful. Although I made the wrong choice of tests, she patiently explained what I had to do and she wrote an order for the lab. Also, everybody was so helpful on the phone, and despite the lab sending the results so late, they patiently listened to me and followed up with the lab until I was provided with my test results and got cleared for my university. I totally recommend this place to everyone who needs good care."

"A one star is too good for this place. I wish there was a negative star review option. This place needs negative 1000 stars. I can’t believe they are even open with the way they run their clinic.This is my second time experiencing this kind of service. I made an appointment and I’m there before time. But other people come in late after they already missed their appointment and they get to be seen first before me. How is that possible? All I know is that don’t waste your time , money or energy on going to this clinic because they choose who gets to be seen and when they get to be seen. Why make an appointment when your scheduled appointment is not locked in and anyone can just walk right in after you and be seen before you?"
