"good doctor but front desk workers need to be gone, they don’t help on the phone and then they put you on hold and don’t come back. and then they play dumb when you call back, they just sit there and do nothing. i’m not the only one who gets this experience from the front desk workers"

"I was on the phone explaining to one of the workers about my nephew’s last name and she got upset with me an hung up. When I called back and asked if I was hung up on, I was told yes because I was being rude. The young lady never took an opportunity to say anything.Good healthcare also includes having great health workers."
