"Today I went to get blood drawn at the Conviva Care Center, Deland, Florida on Spring Garden Road. Zandra Was the technician who drew my blood. Of all the times that I have had my blood drawn she is by far the best, the most gentle and caring technician. If I could choose, I would choose ZANDRA every time."

"I am continually disappointed by this office. Today my daughter had a follow up appointment from an emergency surgery she needed last month. She had been scheduled lab work for last week and her doctor’s appointment today. When we got here this morning I was told her appointment was canceled. No one called me and no clue why it was canceled. On numerous occasions I’ve called in to get appointments when myself or my daughter was very sick. All I can do is leave a message with their call center and I rarely get a call back from the office. Twice I’ve resorted to just taking my daughter to a local urgent care center to get care. They advertise that you can get a same day appointment and even if you call first thing in the morning, it’s virtually impossible to get a same day appointment. They are constantly canceling Lab appointments because they don’t have anyone to take your lab work. We had to scramble to find a lab that had available appointments for last week, so we’d be ready for today’s appointment. Then to show up today with no doctors appointment."

"This center is phenomenal!! From the front desk receptionist who greets you upon entering by your name to the wonderful caring Doctor's at this location. And best of all you can see a Dr here on the same day. No need to visit Urgent Care or the ER!! Keep up the good work. I appreciate you all at this office!"

"I've never been so disappointed with this call center that Civiva is with today. I called twice this morning about the gentleman I take care of in need of assistance only to be told I can not speak to someone in the office at this time.. they told they would send a message to the office n have then call me. This unacceptable I told them that he was having pain on the right side n it hurt to breathe n they send a message saying he was having chest pains n hard to breathe I NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT CHEST PAIN !!! It took 2 hours to get a call back that's crazy people are on social security they can't afford to go to the ER everytime they have pain. They need to get rid of this call center n get people who do not speak broken english. It's hard to understand what they say at times. I'm ready to change doctors cuz I can't speak to someone in the office who is medically trained. Which I pay for my insurance every month I'm not paying to speak to a center person. GET RID OF THESE CALL CENTERS N GIVE ME BACK MY DOCTOR'S OFFICE WHEN I CALL!!!!"
