"Been going here myself for 5+ years since we met a doctor when our son was born. The entire family went for many years until we moved farther out of town and they found local doctors, but I still work out this way, so I continue to go. My doctor has changed throughout the years, but I've always received great advice and great care from the 4 different doctors I've seen. They've all pretty much nailed diagnoses from my descriptions and they try treating whatever can be done without just pulling out the prescription pad first and really are willing to sit and discuss the reasons why with me each time. Love that."

"Don't bother--I scheduled an appointment online, received two confirmations that it was booked, then the day before the appointment was called to say they had given my time to someone else and I could rebook for six weeks later! Completely incompetent staff. And no matter how many times they say, "Have a blessed day!," I would prefer they treat their patients with more respect."

"Arnp Erin is phenomenal! She is very through and personable she takes great care of my mother and I. Unfortunately while she was on leave, i got switched to Dr.Filromonte(sp). At first he was ok i went to the appointment alone and he answered my questions. On the second visit i brough my partner. He was late for the appointment, but thats understandable. He didnt introduce himself to my partner which was rude, but ok. He was obviously in a rush. I was distraught from my condition and all of the tests and surgery and still nothing helped i ended up crying in the appointment due to helplessness and exhaustion. Dr. Filromonte looked at my while i was crying and told me, and I quote "Well, I don't have a miracle for you." I was appalled! Will never go near that man again."
