She taught me to focus on a point when walking, read and not lose my place, walk while NOT looking down and not tripping over my own feet but relying on my natural ability to traverse an obstacle course, nothing terrible or scary but a normal pace with regular steps and obstacles we encounter every day when walking at the mall or on a sidewalk.
