"I walked in SimonMed without an appointment to get aa X-ray. It was crowded, but I only waited for about 20 minutes (that was quick, even when crowded). My X-ray technician was very courteous and professional. My experience with SimonMed was very enjoyable."

"Very professional at the entrance by a sweet young lady. She went out of her way to be kind to me. I actually parked next to her in the parking lot and we said, "hello", and she saw I was using a walker, and once inside she made sure I was seated in a secure seat and gathered my information and brought everything to me. She was ever so kind to this older disabled woman. I want you to be sure as her employer she is recognized for her hard work. Thank you again."

"First front staff weren’t very personable, when I said I had an appointment and gave my name I was questioned by you have an appointment? Yes I was given the appointment a week ago and had to download insurance and UD by email when she found it I was told to have a seat while she ran my insurance, that took a half hour so why was I instructed to arrive 15 minutes early? Besides already giving this information over the phone and through email everything should have already been worked out. Now for my 10:00 appointment I wasn’t taken until 11:00 . The positive is Shelia the tech was very pleasant and professional and the scan took less time than the waiting. Also the office is very clean and comfortable. I understand that things get busy and employees get flustered but this leads to irritated and aggravated customers.o"

"Went in for the first time for x-rays. The girl at the counter even though it was my fault about the insurance part was very polite and did a great job helping get it straightened out. But after that I sat 45 minutes because they were running late to get in even though I had a appointment. As usually this is a walk-in diagnostic service. But once I got to the technician to get the x-rays he was very quick very thorough and very polite also."
