"Rey goes above and beyond for his clients. He always brings an uplifting energy. He remembers bits and pieces you tell him. His attenion to detail has helped me pinpoint what has been causing me excruciating pain for a decade and now to stop it from happening on a daily basis. This has helped everyday activities and made me life significantly being able to participate with my friends and family. If you need help, Rey is your man."
"I have been going to several of the therapists at Watson clinic Rehab centers for the past several years and everyone has been super great! Currently I’m see Dr Jalen Banks, chiropractor, and he is the best! My back feels great once again! Earlier in the year I was in serious pain and previous chiropractics were not dealing with it. Since I’ve seen Dr Banks I feel like I have my life back. I am now only going to see him as needed. He is great and I highly recommend him!!!"
"My review is specific to the physical therapy department. I would like to thank Chris and Sarah for the excellent care & for their outstanding help and guidance through my recovery from my knee surgery. After one more scheduled PT I will be complete with my scheduled physical therapy sessions for my knee surgery. I would say I feel about 85% back to normal. Something I was not able to do when I first started my PT was to satisfactorily bend my knee. Now I feel that I have turned a corner & am all but where I hope to be with my total recovery. They educated me through the process on what to do and not to do. They made me feel confident and independent that I could achieve ongoing results on my own with a comprehensive home plan. The detailed exercise take home printouts were extremely helpful & appreciated!!! I always looked forward to my next appointment & very much enjoyed the very positive atmosphere & continuing encouragement, & affirmation that we “will get there!” I highly, highly recommend Chris Ninan and Sarah at Watson Clinic Physical Therapy. One thing that could have helped me personally would be to have had a better clarity on which of the new exercises we do in our PT Sessions that I was to focus on to do at home & which previous one’s I was supposed to stop doing at home until my next appointment. Having a personal cell number to be able to text Chris for clarification would have been helpful for me. Watson Clinic’s My Chart communications are slow & has to be checked regularly, to stay current with communications. Text messages to personal cell phones are definitely more effective."
"My review is specific to the physical therapy department. I went for a shoulder problem and saw Brenna first. After that, it was mostly Casey. Both of them were great and I would like to thank Brenna and Casey for their help and guidance through my rehab. I was able to complete my physical therapy sessions and today I rang the bell signifying completion. I'm done! I was pleasantly surprised that after one session with Brenna and the team, my pain was reduced 50%. One session! That was amazing. Now, after a month of PT, it is not quite back to pre-therapy range of motion, but the pain is no longer there unless I really overextend my arm. I leave with 98% range of motion and almost no pain. When I first came in, putting on a shirt or coat was like feeling knives in my shoulder. When I rolled over at night, I woke up from the sharp pains. I was uncomfortable to say the least. Now, I am able to dress without pain and sleep normally and pain free. Since today was my last day, I needed coaching for what to do at home. Casey did a great job of coaching me how to keep stretching and improving. She gave me five new stretching exercises, which can be done as part of my home workouts. I'm confident in achieving full range of motion, that last one percent, with home stretching and exercising. I want to add that everyone who worked with me on the Watson Clinic team was fantastic. Poor Joe was assisting me the first day and had to endure "Joe, you are a bad man!" jokes when the stretching hurt. But Joe, Kylie, Cory and the others were great. This is my first time ever doing physical therapy so I don't know what I could say to improve the experience. Perhaps, letting me know up front that wearing casual clothes may be best (but not necessary) would have been nice, but I figured it out quickly. Overall I enjoyed the atmosphere as it was positive, friendly, and encouraging. Everyone was eager to see progress and happy when it happened. All in all, I highly recommend Brenna, Casey, Chris and the whole team at Watson Clinic Physical Therapy. You are all fantastic at your work and wonderful new friends."
