"The only reason I am giving three stars is because the Dr was Ok but an office includes it all, front desk, nurses and Dr. My initial visit went pretty good although this Dr made no contact with me he did not listen to my heart he did not check my ears nose throat nothing and it was the first visit that was odd I thought. The biggest issue I have though is the lady up front with the sandy blonde hair was extremely rude today. I went in for my follow up visit. I had seen the doctor had sent me a statement through informed mail, yet I had not even received it yet. I am sitting and waiting to be seen. After about thirty minutes she calls me up and ask my address and phone number then says you have a balance of $252 that needs to be paid now. I said well this is unexpected don’t I get time to pay it she said no before you see the doctor today you must pay 15% upfront and your balance. I said well I would like to at least get it in the mail and review what is owed. She was like we will print it out and then you need to pay it now. I said well I’m not prepared to pay that today. She rudely said I could not see the doctor unless I payed. I can understand if I was late on this bill but I had not even gotten it yet and I was surprised about the cost and her tone was unnecessary. There was another lady there that was nice and offered to print everything out for me. I will pay what I owe but I will not be returning. I don’t appreciate being talked down to for a bill I have not even received."
