"pa venus was a delight, didn’t have to wait longer than 5 minutes and she made sure i had access to affordable medication"
"I made a appointment today for 2:40, I did the pre check in online I show up for my appointment to check in after going through all the prompts and question it was now 2:42 when I put in my confirmation code it said my code had expired . I had to wait for the pa to get done as there was no one there to help me. When she was done it was 3:10 I was told I was marked as a no show because I was 10 minutes late … which was inaccurate. I was then told I could be worked in. After waiting a hour I was then told that I couldn’t be worked in and had to reschedule . What a huge disappointment . I will not be coming back here again."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. Wait times are over an hour behind for my SCHEDULED appointment. The poor girl working said they had a call out and the other gentleman said we typically only work with one nurse, sorry. This is unacceptable for people who schedule appointments."
"I had to take my wife in who was very sick in bed only to be told by the nurse practitioner that the medication she needed can’t be prescribed because she is currently not sick enough. Shortly after, I was asked to leave because as the nurse practitioner said “I don’t want to go through this again.” I guess the response of being told your loved ones have to suffer with the home remedies that haven’t been working for the last few days makes them uncomfortable. Who knew? Don’t they take an oath to help patients? What about ethics? These are the questions I would be asking the doctor supervising the nurse practitioners if I could find contact info for said doctor. I’ve tried minute clinic and CVS with no luck. If you’re sick and your doctor can’t see you for a few days, skip this place unless you like being aggravated and throwing money away."
