"The receptionist is incredibly unprofessional and judgemental in what should be a judgement free zone. I'm 17 and my fiance is 15 and by the time we have the baby we'll be 16 and 18 but when the receptionist asked for ID and we said all we had was school ID because of her being 15 right now she rolled her eyes and made a big deal about the fact that she didn't have one. When it's kind of hard when you don't have a relationship with your parent. Also, she went on to lecture my fiance about how she needs to care for this baby not her parents when she doesn't even know the situation, we live alone and just finished the nursery by ourselves yesterday. And we will continue to care for this baby for the rest of our lives. Don't assume!! The nutritionist was good though"

"They don’t answer the phone or call back I’ve been trying for weeks to get ahold of someone to make an appointment now I have to go out of my way and go to Haines city WIC because they were the only WIC office in Polk county that would answer the phone"

"What an AMAZING experience! We had an appointment with WIC and they were so accommodating! My daughter is Autistic and is absolutely terrified of clinic settings but they went above and beyond to keep her calm and happy! The lady at the desk was super nice and gave us some options to lessen my daughter's anxiety and the nurse was just as amazing, she took her time and encouraged and explained what she was doing in a way my daughter could understand!"
