"My 6 year old son required splints for both feet to help him stretch his tendons so he will hopefully stop walking on just his toes. Brandon Courtade has been very personable, patient, and has educated us throughout our visits with him. He's never been pushy or tried to up-sale on anything we didn't need. The splints are the only thing we needed and he showed how to adjust them as my son continues to grow. He told us to make an appt anytime if we have any kind of issue. His and Sherry's (his receptionist) genuinely kind and relaxed demeanor puts us at ease, which says a lot for a mom taking a rambunctious 6 y/o with his 9 y/o brother in toe. They always have a sweet treat for them at the front desk when we leave. We highly recommend Brandon Courtade and Sherry! You'll love them, too!"

"Wouldn't recommend. Sit and wait for appointment to pick up brace... after waiting.. it wasn't on the fed ex shipment that I watched come in. I guess tracking isn't a thing. Then when finally pick it up the following week, "insurance covered it." Just got the $632 bill in the mail, but it "isn't from them." So apparently it is ok for them to say it wasn't from them so not their problem... after saying insurance covered it. I would NOT have taken the brace if they had told me it was NOT covered by my insurance."

"Victor Bustamonte is by far the most knowledgeable and caring practitioner that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He goes above and beyond to ensure that my prosthetics fit and work well for me. As a highly active amputee, with a three year old and 8 month old twins it is imperative that I am able to ambulate to care for them. If I ever have any problems Victor goes above and beyond to accommodate me.My limbs are very hard to fit and I walked in pain daily until I met him over 13 years ago and he has been treating me ever since. I can not recommend this office or Victor enough! As far as the review posted by Noell Hammer-Burns, you can not expect for someone to never take a break. He must care for himself and nurture his family relationship as well. That is what makes him a well rounded, compassionate, and kind human being."

"Victor Bustmonte who owns several Mid-Florida Prostetic offices is a very bright and congenial prosthetis to be fair. However if you are looking for someone who is readily accessible when you need them this is not the place for you. He appears that he is more iinterested in vacationing more than he works. I to have owed a multi-million dollar ortho company and perhaps am too old school. When one achieves success you work harder to keep it successful ir improve on it. Also his reception staff needs help on the appropriate way to communicate with patients. They co.e across as arrogant and not caring."
