"I have an elderly parent with dementia who has been a patient of Dr. Rudy. The push back I've received from accompanying her for her appointments has been ridiculous. Dr. Rudy wants to meet with the patient only.... The patient who has dementia and can retain no short term memories. Don't expect quality assistance or communication from the staff. They listen without hearing. Attempting to get refills or accurate information is horrifying. Insurance Case Workers have had to get involved and commented on the poor communicative process they have."
