"Normally everything runs pretty smoothly. But today, I witnessed a deaf person being treated really unfairly. There were two of us who knew asl in the room that she told exactly what happened to behind closed doors, too. Then, of course, I've been sitting here with my son for 50 minutes, 3 x rays come and gone, and when I asked, the woman just responded "I just dropped him now" so rudely like it was my fault. Oh, and maybe putting your hours for lunch on Google would be helpful. Thanks. Wow, that person only took 10 minutes for her x ray from the time she got here to finish. Still here....I asked why he's sitting here. They said because he's a walk in. So i asked the woman who's walking out if she had an appt. 2:15. She was the one taken back at 1:50. We're still sitting here. Only one in the entire room."
