"Do not go here. The people seem nice, but I genuinely believe it's a scam. Went in to get my ear flushed. I generate more wax than the average person, so it's something I do pretty routinely. I thought it was weird when he started talking about infections right when he walked in the door, without even examining. I told him that I really thought it was just wax since there was no pain or drainage. He then looked and said my other ear was also blocked (which did turn out to be true) and then looked in the problem ear and said there was an infection. Didn't flush the ear out, didn't prescribe antibiotics, just gave a prescription for eardrops that suspiciously resembled saline and sent me on my way. I did not have a good feeling leaving, and the fact that they don't take any insurance leaving me to pay out of pocket was just insult to injury. I went to a minute clinic a few days later for a second opinion; they immediately flushed both ears, and made no mention of any infection, not to mention the co-pay was orders of magnitude cheaper. Thanks for wasting my time."

"I can just walk in and be seen. Dr. Suares has treated me for throat and breathing problems and has given me great at home remedies additional to my prescription. He’s a doctor with integrity. Office is clean and staff are friendly. They don’t turn anybody away unless you want to use your insurance. Highly recommended."

"Last week, I went to Southside Medical for a physician check up and had an amazing experience there. I had my blood drawn about a year ago and got nerve damage because the nurse didn't do it correctly. I couldn't move my arm for a month. So since then, I've been afraid of drawing blood. But the nurse in Southside Medical was very nice to me. She listened to me patiently and picked the tiniest needle. She taught me how to breath and everything. It was done before I knew it. It really didn't hurt much, and I was pleasantly surprised. The doctor was very friendly and kind of funny in a way, and he showed genuine interest in my diets and gave me some free tips. Overall, I got very positive vibes from this clinic, and I really recommend coming here, especially if you're afraid of getting your blood drawn like I was."
