"Worst experience with this Doctor. He has no concern nor care what his patients thinks. His staff is just as bad. The nightmare of cancer then to have to deal with a doctor and staff that could care less for his patients was just sickening. Then when you want to transfer Urologist, his staff tells the new urologist you are difficult, so it is hard to get away from this nightmare. I am still desperately waiting for them to send my records to my new Urologist, and they could care less of the urgency of a cancer patient. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH!!!!"

"If I could give this practice 0 stars, I would. Clearly, based on other reviews, this is a common theme. Their CAO, Gina Barnes, who is referenced in almost every response here needs to do her job and address these issues. But clearly direction comes from the top… As someone who works in healthcare, I have never dealt with such incompetence. My father has been very ill. He has been in the hospital multiple times with zero follow up from these people. He cannot get anyone on the phone or to return his calls. The practice manager from his PCP had to physically get in her call and drive there bc she was having the same issue. Yet they cancel appointments bc they don’t know how to get referrals on file, they don’t send out surgery info as stated, and then cancel/reschedule surgeries without reason. As a state with a large elderly population, I feel badly for those who have no one to advocate for them with this poorly run practice. Their lack of empathy and ability to perform their job function borders on elder abuse. I sincerely hope everyone on here files a complaint with the Florida AHCA so they can be investigated further."

"This is the most inefficient office I have ever dealt with. My husband had an MRI at their facility but they didn't have the results at our follow up appointment time resulting in a 45 minute wait. Getting that MRI appointment required multiple phone calls. When he had his MRI it took 4 attempts to insert the IV for contrast. We will never return to this facility."

"This ia my 5th time trying to schedule my appt I used medical transport which require minimal 3 days notice to setup transport. They were unable to do so. I was told would be in the afternòon so now im waiting at 1 pm for appt at 3pm. An hour wait for medical transport home. Horrible service."

"This is the absolute worst office ever!!!! The staff are incompetent and I don’t use that word lightly. Strike 1 was on September 1st. We were turning the corner to head into office for a test when we received phone call cancelling the appointment. The excuse was that Monday was a holiday and no one was working at lab. Labor Day falls on same Monday every year and with the price of gas did not appreciate being notified after we were already there. Today, strike 2! We had a follow up appt that had been scheduled 3 weeks ago. We waited 45 minutes only to find out the appt was scheduled with wrong doctor. But when we were brought back to room, the medical assistant was confused as to why my husband was there and said oh I’m thinking of the next patient and said something like I have so many patients I can’t keep them straight or with so many it’s easy to get confused. Whatever she said, it made us very uneasy regarding my husbands care. Then she comes back and says you were given an appointment with wrong Dr. She takes us to appt scheduler to reschedule. again a wasted trip with the price of gas today and wasted 45 minutes. She also went into front office and relayed story as if it was my fault because I was unhappy. Even after I told her this wasn’t the first mistake this office made. I worked in ambulatory healthcare for over 20 years to include being a Certified Physician Practice Manager. This is the WORST office I have ever been in."
