"difficult to get a sooner appointment when you have an aching injury with a pain level 5 and above. Had to wait several days to get an appointment. In the end, the appointment went very well, was well organized and efficient, and the prescribed solution was quickly implemented to start the healing process. All my questions were promptly responded to and I am very satisfied with the prognosis. Was tempted to go to the Brandon clinic because of the aggravating pain, but it was suggested I contact the Brandon office first to ensure they take my insurance coverage. After several attempts to process a call with Brandon and working my way through the assorted voice menus, I was never able to reach anyone to find out and relented to waiting another week to get an appointment with the local office. thank you!"

"I visited Florida Ortho for the first time today. Dr. Baker, Emily Oakley, PA-C, and their team were phenomenal. I brought a book with me because I thought I would be waiting for a while. I completed the online check-in but I was sure I’d be waiting. After checking in, I started reading my book. Despite the place being very busy, I was called in for x-rays in less than 5 minutes. I barely finished one page. X-ray techs were great. I was done quickly, and I was quickly called back to see Emily and Dr. Baker.
