"I cannot say enough positive things about this physician and his staff. Dr. Shah is always responsive to my dad's medical needs. He's bedside manner is impeccable. He discusses his findings in medical terms that my dad understands. He is straight to the point which is what my dad needs to hear.. Our wait time is minimal and staff is friendly. ...now onto the most extraordinary review. My dad has been hospitalized recently. Do to our mistake, we went to a hospital that Dr. Shah does not have privileges to treat at. I had so many frustrations and concerns about my father's treatment that I reached out to Dr. Shah. He was there every time I needed him. He responded promptly and provided reassurance. He truly made me feel like a friend who cares verses a physician treating a patient which is very rare these days. We ❤️ Dr. Shah & staff. Thank you so much for providing such wonderful care to my dad which gives us more time with him."

"I am updating my previous review since my bill was resolved. Again the Dr. seemed very friendly and professional when I met him but my previous review was more about his staff at the time. I hope things have improved since and the Doctor himself is someone I would recommend and I appreciate his time."

"I hate to leave a bad review but I had an my initial consultation in the Wesley Chapel office and was told that the front desk would get back to with in two weeks since that’s the amount of time it would take for my insurance company to respond to schedule an appointment for me to pick up equipment to do a home study for sleep apnea. After two and half weeks I called several times and left several messages. The office staff apparently rotates offices with Dr. Shah and it usually rings directly to the Temple Terrace office. I didn’t understand why it was so difficult to at least get a call back and sleep apnea is something serious. I keep being assured I’d get a call back. After over a month and a week I went into the office at Wesley Chapel in person on the day they were there and explained how long ago I’ve been calling and never got a response and I was told that instead, since I’d been waiting so long, they’d have a third party company they use come to my house with equipment and they’d provide them with my number and that company should call me very soon to schedule an appointment at my home. Of course that company never called and we’re going on a month and a half almost. I was informed they are just really short staffed and I understand to a point but again this is something serious and I don’t believe should have taken this long. I unfortunately had to go elsewhere to make an appointment with another Dr. and contacted Dr. Shah’s billing office so that they can hopefully not charge me the $200 consultation fee given that I have to go elsewhere. I will update my review when we come to a resolution. I unfortunately can not recommend this office for now due to my experience there although the Dr. seemed to be friendly. I’m not sure if he knows what the patients are experiencing with his staff. Again, I will update my review after seeing how his billing department responds given my experience and having to go elsewhere and pay all over again."

"Dr. Shah is the most professional drs. Helped me to handle sleep apnea. He even visited me all of the numerous times I was in local hospitals to personally and confirm the C-pap machine was set correctly for me. He then again would visit me the following morning. I would recommend Dr. Shah to my family and friends."
