"My wife saw Cody once. Had an appointment this Friday (an emergency appointment due to a flare up) and today the staff called to cancel saying they stopped taking Oscar insurance. No help finding another gastro, no suggestions, nothing. What has happened to the field of medicine and how does this so called clinic get away with treating patients like this. Pathetic."

"Today I went in to see dr. Eisner for my first colonoscopy I was so terrified but the staff there was so wonderful to me especially Galina, the one who checked me in.(if I got your name wrong I apologize. ) everyone else there was so good from Alfredo the anesthesiologist, to Isabel & Abby, to the doctor. everybody was so good to me and I had a wonderful experience & I really appreciate everyone being so patient and understanding with me."

"Doctor Eisner is great! But this morning I had a televisit appointment scheduled to find out my biopsy results and other issues from 5 weeks ago even though he wanted me to see him in 2 weeks. They were scheduling that far out. And I even tried multiple times to get in sooner. So today when I didn’t get receive a link for the televisit I called them and spoke with a Jessica I believe, she was rude, short, and tried to blame it on me for not knowing the right kind of appt. I asked if for my time slot if he could go into the room and just call me? I already paid and checked in and had a reserved time slot so why couldn’t he just call me. She refused to suggest it to him and said “he does not have televisits today, so you want to reschedule or not?” Like I said very rude. She could have at least suggested a simple phone to him. It wouldn’t have taken anymore time than what was already reserved for me. I am very upset with her service."

"The staff at FMC Gastroenterology, simply stated, set the standards for the others to follow. Led by Dr. Eisner, the team performs flawlessly. From the day my procedure was booked to the day it was done; I was kept informed, updated on times, co pays and procedure instructions. I received no less than 4 messages to insure I did not miss the procedure date and one letter. The patient flow was swift and I walked in and out of the procedure room in less than an hour. My anesthesia care provider was outstanding. The physical plant was pristine. As a physician myself, this is the place I would gladly refer my peers and family. I see that the management team at FMC places priority in the things that matter the most. What a great organization."
