"Attempted to see Delaney for a persistent cough but was told at my appointment she would not see me because I had a cough. Even though I explained the cough, I was told that because she is immuno compromised she would not see me. Where are you supposed to go when you’re sick if not the doctor? I’ll be selecting a different primary care physician at a different location."
"Best Doctors in all of New Tampa. They speak Spanish, and are 100% committed to your health and the quality of care you receive. With all the changes in medicine these days it's become next to impossible to find a hardworking group. I know for a fact the amount of paperwork for the insurances, medical codes and just outright nonsense that has been thrown upon these caretakers, its amazing that they still have the capacity to provide top notch service. Long gone are the days of personal medical care. Its all run by bureaucrats, outside of Florida Medical Clinic, that care more about the numbers as a whole instead of personal individual care. Yet this group finds a way to give it 100% for every patient they see. I for one am happy that this group is here and I'll be a patient of theirs for many years to come."
"I would have been giving the highest ratings to the former Dr that I worked with, Sarah. I'm VERY frustrated that my prescription STILL HASN'T BEEN CALLED IN AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS ON 3 DIFFERENT DAYS! I was even there in the office Friday to get a B12 shot. I handed Patricia, the nurse, the empty prescription bottle as a reminder that I desperately NEED the meds and said that I HAD to have it called in that day because it was Friday. THE PHARMACY STILL DOES NOT HAVE THE PRESCRIPTION!!! Dr Delaney or whoever is covering her patients while she is out, are NEGLIGENT and seem to just not care. In addition, Patricia, the nurse I handed the empty prescription bottle to, should have followed up to make sure that I wasn't stuck without meds for the weekend. This is not the way I was treated by Sarah when she was my Dr. Also, the way the HOURS HAVE BEEN CUT is a stupid decision by corporate!!! I actually work across the street from the office, but now that the hours have been cut, I have to TAKE TIME OFF OF WORK FOR MY APPOINTMENTS, EVEN FOR A ROUTINE PHYSICAL!!! And my boss was NOT UNDERSTANDING, SO I GOT POINTS OFF ON MY EVALUATION LAST SPRING!!! Cutting hours is RUDE AND INSENTIVE TO THE PATIENTS!"
"I had an appointment at 2pm. I filled out all necessary paperwork prior to my appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early and Rita at the front desk was extremely rude and told me I would that I was late and should have arrived 30 minutes early. This woman is miserable and shouldn’t be working with people. According to Rita I should’ve arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out 2 extra short (check the box) pages. I was never told by anyone, e-mail, or text to arrive 30 minutes prior."
"If it were possible, I wouldn’t even have given them a one star. Horrible front desk staff. I made an appointment for my mother to see a doctor because she had a severe cold. When she went to her appointment, they told her that because she hasn’t seen the doctor in three years she had to be written down as a new patient. Why didn’t they tell me that when I first called to make her appointment? Also, what’s the point of making her have to get another appointment. She already had an appointment. What was the difference? They also have little sympathy for the patients and have undesirable attitudes when working with the patients. We are never going back to this place."
