"I booked the shark dive with Tomas. Unfortunately it was cancelled due to bad weather and whilst we tried to rearrange it just didn’t fit with my schedule but Tomas was super responsive, communicative, flexible and helpful and gave me a full refund. The price wasn’t too bad considering it was 3 tanks and all equipment and the videos he showed me looked insane!! If I return to Miami I will definitely be going with Tomas / H2O again."

"I dove with H2O a couple times and highly recommend them. They are small but extremely good. Especially if you are a more experienced diver and you had enough of the tourist trap dive centers, go with H2O! Tip: Ask for the shark dive."

"Today I had a terrible experience with one of their employees. While waiting for a parking spot in a parking lot in Surfside, I was waiting for a car to reverse and come out, but right in the moment I was waiting and I could not move their pick up truck from H2O diving stopped right behind me, and instantly honking at me non stop, very agressively. I was really mad because that was very disrespectful, I did not move because I was waiting for the car to back up so I could park on their spot (the parking lot is very busy and always difficult to find a parking). The driver, employee of H2O Dive Center, came out of his car and started to take photos of my car and my license plate, all because he could not wait for a second, and he was being very disrespectful and agressive. I took the photos as proof and posting here in the reviews. I would think twice before have ANY services or products with them! That is how their employees treat people out there! And the way he was agressively talking I would be afraid of having my kids and family on their hands. Edit. If it was not his business vehicle like he claims, then the business owner would not be concerned about it. Xoxo"

"great place outstanding classes with Tomas Martel! he is my instructor in the video with more than 20 years of experience iam new in scuba and now completed PADI recreational diver course with H2O diving center i highly recommend this place for your training, certification courses, trips to the Florida Keys, fill ups scuba-tanks with oxygen, gear, etc. etc. and i love the dog that is inside the store he is sooo joyful nice and friendly!!! :) 5+++++++++++stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
