"Don't bother calling. They don't answer. Go in person to talk to them. I did get good service, though. I Recommend them. VA outsourced to Advanced Urology for an ongoing problem. After visit, I was told I have a copay. I said I've never had a copay through VA or an outsourced doctor. Besides, I told the doctor that flomax doesn't work. I've been taking it for over a year and not making much difference. He told me to take the pill. This doctor doesn't care. I looked up other AUI offices, and to no surprise, numerous bad reviews. You have been warned."

"Good job on employing phone staff who is attentive, caring & knowledgeable. They will help you as much as they can and ask questions to get answers if they aren't 100% sure of your needs (wish I got her name to give her credit personally: 2pm on 1-15-24). "Made an appointment which took approximately 4 weeks to get in; took the day off work, the office called and rescheduled it 2 days before hand. Wasted day of vacation — thanks for that! Arrived for appointment #2 and was told that I would need to be rescheduled again as I was 3 minutes late in arriving. The waiting room was full with 6-8 people already waiting so you know that they were NOT running on time anyway! If you are a new patient you have to return your paperwork at least 1 day prior to your appointment and there are no on line resources to accomplish this task! AUI’s expectations are unrealistic and not at all patient friendly unless you are retired or unemployed! Will look for another patient centered provider with compassion for healthcare instead in of making money!"
