Everyone from the young man and woman checking people in, to the nurse and her aid were very sweet, smiling, showing that they actually liked being at work! When you’re not feeling good, that is quite refreshing. Timeliness was a big one, also!"

"Not a very long wait, considering that there were several patients ahead of me. (l had phoned first to check how busy they were, so I could choose a less busy time; but, the wait time could still be an hour or so). The office staff was very welcoming and efficient. A lovely young woman, Janelle, took my vitals. Rose, the nurse practitioner, made the diagnosis quickly, and couldn't have been any more pleasant. What amazed me was that all the Quick Care staff still had such good energy after what must have been a very long day for them. Except for my illness, a good experience all around!"

"Went to clinic as a walk in. Even though there were 5 people ahead of me, the wait was moderately short. The receptionist was friendly, as was the nurse and the NP. Once I was in the exam room, things moved along quickly. The nurse was friendly and showed an interest in me as a person. When the Nurse Practitioner came in, she was friendly, and after examining my arms and fast, ( I was being seen for a bad bout of poison Ivy), she told me what her treatment plan was and before I knew it, I was done and on my way out. I will say, all parties were friendly, efficient, and all greeted me with a smile. I had enough time in the waiting room to notice that the receptionist greeted everyone as they came in the door, and was very attentive to them. They were all very nice—I would definitely not hesitate to go there again if I needed to be seen. Thank you all so much for taking care of me!! I am definitely feeling better today!!"
