"I had to see Dr Kanakis for voc rehab and can safely say these reviews are not fair whatsoever. I read the report and it was spot on. He is good at his job and it doesn't feel fair to even have a review system put in place for Drs like this.. seems like a recipe for crazy reviews. He was on time, respectful, funny, and appropriate. What else can you ask for in a Dr? My advice would be to ignore all these write ups and just go find out for yourself."

"I had a mental evaluation preformed based on the demands of the court. The custody of my child depending upon it. I have called multiple times in attempt to see the results. My prior lawyer quit on me and never set me the documents. I received no calls back. There is never an answer to my calls. I had this evaluation in Sep-Oct 2021.. in 3-4 months time will make it a year since my evaluation. Still now call backs or documents sent."

Im sorry you all had bad experiences, this is all difficult enough. I have often wondered if doctors get kick backs but that would mean they do not uphold their oath. So...we will see........ I am not going to post the outcome and i hope others will not be worried as i was ...from the other reviews..im sorry others had a bad experience however this doctor was so nice. Very professional. He was polite over the phone. And was sensitive to difficult questions he had to ask me. I like him. No matter the outcome."

"Doesn't give the option for 0 or negative stars!!!!! This man is the worse!!! My daughter is disabled,she receives SSI, back in 2002 we has to go see this man for a evaluation- 2weeks later she was denied benefits, I appealed decision and she was approved. Well, last month she had to be reevaluated because she turned 18, so once again she had to go and see this man, got letter yesterday, she has been denied for benefits,so here I go again back to appeals. He tells you to your face that he doesn't work for social security, they just send you to him to evaluate your case,he says he has nothing to do with"their" decision of your disability, Nothing but lies!!! He may not work for social security but his report does decide. So for anyone who has to visit him for their social security, PLEASE PLEASE ask for a different doctor. You will be denied if you go to him."
