BayCare Behavioral Health - Morton Plant Mease Primary Care

"I took my Boyfriend here to get checked out. The staff at the front desk were extremely rude(Evelyn,brooke,nikki). Nikki being the shift lead. (She said she was) Gave a bunch of attitude. Staff consistently on the phones. When asked about my boyfriend and his care i was given no response. I was also listed as an emergency contact. We arrived at 12:30. Wasnt seen til 1:20ish. Left at 2:15-2:30 ish. Throughout the whole experience my boyfriend was on the phone with me because I wasn't allowed in the back. I asked if i could bring him water. The older lady at the front looked at me didnt give an answer and continued to stare at the two colleagues for something. I asked again she finally answered grabbed the water to take to him. I ask for a blanket for him because he was cold and wasnt seen by the doctor still and was waiting. The staff continued to ignore my question and i had to ask a second time. In summary I paid for care for my sick boyfriend. He was being seen for a sore throat and a rash (hives) and was not treated for his sore throat or the continuing symptoms he had filled out when first arriving for the intake form. I am beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with the care, support, and communication this team at this urgent care has. Please fix this mistreatment. 2-2 1/2 hrs just to be told to take benadryl. Hopefully Ashley the supervisor will probide better help tomorrow. Never again will i go here for care.Hoping that the supervisor will be able to speak to me tomorrow to take my complaint."

"Decent enough staff. However, there stupid tablets they have you use are ridiculous. They force you to provide an e mail address and then bomb you with garbage constantly. Weak!!!! Reevaluate your procedures people."
