"From the moment we entered the urgent care we were treated with respect and caring. The assistant took my husband back and quickly took details and was super friendly. The NP Julie Bearce was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable! The whole experience was above and beyond and we would not hesitate to recommend to friends and go to MD Now urgent care if either of us have a problem in the future..thank you to all the staff!"

"Extremely disappointed they became money hungry at this location. Went in Dec 2023 with a severe upper respiratory infection and the pa not even an actual doctor seen me and gave me an antibiotic for only a week. That wasn’t enough to clear up the infection but was told it would still take time to work after finishing the prescription. Then I went back on Feb 2 to be seen for the same issue as it’s continued. I asked for the original antibiotic but longer because it was working just not enough to get rid of it. Well I was given a different antibiotic that didn’t work. After a week of taking it I called back in to see if they would call in a different antibiotic. I was told I’d have to pay a third time for the same issue I’ve been seen there twice for. They purposely didn’t prescribe me something that would work knowing I would have to come back for a third time. Then they can charge me another $149 to “see” me again for the same issue they’ve not taken care of the first two times."

"This place is great - super friendly people in a very pleasant office. Special shout-out to Jerry who pushed through multiple tech issues (internet down) to complete my physical. He could have easily sent me to another location and I really appreciate that he found a way to make things work. Great job!"

"AWFUL service. My sister was in extreme pain and we waited almost two hours for the doctor. He was said to be with “patients” and he was outside on his computer sitting calmly while my sister screamed in pain. My mom even said excuse me to him and he completely ignored her. Not only did we pay 100 dollars to for absolutely nothing, we left untreated as well. We got up and left. You don’t treat patients like that. Clearly they need to reevaluate their choices on who they hire to take care of people. Ridiculous"

"This was my first time here. I was happy with the help at the desk for paperwork and it didn’t take too long. The ladies at the front desk were all very nice. The nurse was great and understanding and the doctor was fantastic. He Genuinely cared. I felt very good about my visit. I would absolutely recommend this location and if needed I would definitely go again."
