"Yaima Rodriguez was informed on numerous occasions that I did not have insurance she was even informed I was unemployed. She continued to send me to different people who all required insurance and seemed to be unable to figure anything out on her own based off her own education which by my guess was nothing. Her education is in comparison to that of someone learning not of someone that has graduated. GOT NO treatment OR guidance on where to get any of the two... GUIDANCE OR TREATMENT nothing but a waste of time. May I quickly add how care less her attitude is even very dismissing like as if she could care less to hear anything else I am concerned about. Quite the experience with MISS YIAMA to say the least."

"The worst of the worst. I have been misdiagnosed and treated like an animal by the Obgyn dept. Unfortunately I can't elaborate as it's personal in nature. Family medical left me hanging more than once for an MRI that they referred me to have, but wouldn't pre-authorized through my insurance. I stood there in the imaging place like an idiot twice only to be told to leave and that they didn't get authorization from the doctor AGAIN. I have a degenerating neurological disease and it needs addressed to see if I need treatment to slow down the progression. I beg you to please choose another provider. I don't want anyone to have to go though what I'm going through with them. I called to make another appt since they cancelled my last one and they are making me wait for a new patient appt even through I won't be considered a new patient with them until well into March. Appt Scheduler told me "You know you don't have to come here" when I kindly but firmly addressed concern about these issues."

"I was 7 minutes late due to not being able to find the building and having to call to find out where to go, the old front desk lady was incredibly rude and told me i would have to be rescheduled. I explained that i was literally on the phone with someone who works for premier to confirm this was the right place as the whole building is covered up and looks like its only a storm shelter ith no clear signage for premier community. I had to drop my kid off at school early and drive 30 minutes over here for it to be rescheduled ."

"Loved my first experience here. Everyone from the front desk, to nurse, to doctor was amazing and very understanding and nice as can be. I couldn't of asked for a better visit. I'm so glad I found this place, will definitely be coming back and referring others."

"I was initially impressed until they changed my doctor and my new doctor never introduced herself and chose not to see me because she assumed I was just there for a referral. Not good bedside manner. Especially when your patient informed the nurse that she needed medication refills!!"
