"This is a 1st class Optical Center. The staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. From booking my appointment to ultimately purchasing new glasses, the process was hassle free. I was in a room within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment time and the exam began right away. They don't leave you sittimg alone in a dark room indefinitely. I want to specifically say that Mindy was very thorough in helping me pick out the frames. She also took the time to explain the different options and pros/cons of each. I definitely recommend them for your eye care needs."

Picked out my frames and was told I could pick up the glasses in about two weeks. When I received the call that my glasses were in I got the same friendly greeting upon arrival. The glasses needed a slight adjustment which was taken care of without any delay. Highly recommend!!"

Totally expecting to be charged, Mindy happily made the adjustments each time at no charge and acted as if she was very happy to do so. To be honest the glasses were not even purchased there.
