"I had an appalling experience at this kids' music school. The owner, Miss Anna, was incredibly rude and unprofessional, displaying a clear lack of interest in working with children. Shockingly, she used inappropriate language towards my child in front of others. Her teaching methods were ineffective, necessitating my constant presence during lessons. When I decided to discontinue, she refused to refund the prepaid fees. It's a shame such a business exists, and I only received a resolution through my bank's intervention. Make yourself a favor, don't spend your time and money here."

"There's nothing good to say about this place.. use your best judgment if you decide to attend.. apparently, this place has a long history of violations.. My rebuttal to your response: Cmon, Lady.. you had one too many Mimosas for breakfast? Halloween is not for another four days!! Also, this is not russia, Halloween is not considered a national holiday here in the US. Therefore, there is no consideration for businesses to be closed, and a certain level of customer service is expected. I strongly suggest that you look up the definition of word Violation.. Violations I'm referring to are legitimacy of your business, endangering welfare of minors, and mistreatment of employees. Not to mention poor customer service, substandard education techniques, and just general lack of attention when it comes to children.. in my opinion, you are just a hungry money grabber."
