He means business: he comes to the lesson prepared, watches your every move on the water, and teaches you great techniques. He is 100% into teaching and coaching. Now my husband also has joined and takes lessons with him at minimum twice a week - swimming is a sport you can always do for cardio and to avoid high impact on joints as part of your exercise plan.
