"I scheduled an appointment with Dr Moy and waited a very long time for the appointment only to be called to say that my long-awaited appointment has to be rescheduled because the doctor was not going to be there the day of my appointment. Did they offer to work me in sooner given the inconvenience? No, they offered a LATER appointment. I called every week for any cancellations and was never told that Dr Moy wasn’t going to be present. I’m so disappointed about the lack of care and empathy. I worked in the medical field for over 10 years and if we had to inconvenience a patient like this, we tried to work them in sooner; especially if they had been waiting for months for the appointment. What ever happened to good patient care?"

"Took my friend who was referred by her urologist. Very professional and personable at the same time. Dr. Campbell and entire staff were great! PA Jasmine was so understanding and accommodating to my friends needs. Highly recommend them all!"

"I can only say good things about my experience here. I was in the market for a vasectomy and called around to several places, before calling UF. Everyone was booked for several months out. To my surprise, my call with UF got me in for a consult within a few days. The consult was very informative. There just so happened to be a same-day cancellation, which was offered to me. I was not able to make arrangements to accommodate the short notice, but I appreciated them offering. The next available day was quite a ways out. After following up on the next Monday, post-consult, I was able to get in the very next week (Within two weeks of the original call). The procedure went well. Dr. Yeung, was efficient! It made a very awkward time almost comfortable. Post- surgery now, approximately 8 weeks, and the vasectomy is a verified success! I highly recommend getting a vasectomy, in general. If you are in the market, there is no better place to go than UF Health! Very responsive, patient, and efficient!"

"The nurses and staff at this location are some of the rudest, unprofessional, unkind, and completely lacking all compassion, that I've ever encountered. The head nurse is so curt and lacks all empathy. These people are so desensitized to their work they do not care about the humans they are impacting. They don't care about your feedback and openly make sure you know they don't care about your concerns. Never had such a bad experience in my life. They literally rolled their eyes at me to my face and the head nurse tried to raise her voice after dismissing our concerns. I would seriously question their competency and capabilities if this is how they treat people and don't communicate. The staff here DO NOT represent the UF gold standard. Further, after she acted completely annoyed to have to even say how long the procedure would be, she said they would go over aftercare at the end. They did not. They did not even give him an aftercare summary for details on how to care for the wound after the procedure. I still in shock at this woman. They also refused to even give me their names. Dr Young seemed great, but everyone working under him on 12/9/2021 were just awful. Due to the staff, not Dr. Young, I would avoid this location at all costs."
