"My husband and I drive 2 hours to see Dr. Elizabeth Chu in rheumatology. Dr. Chu’s expertise in her specialty reflect in her thoughtful explanation of current research related to my condition or addressing any questions I have regarding my treatment plan. Several friends say there are good rheumatoid doctors in St. Augustine but many don’t understand how hard it is to find a good trusted doctor who treats an uncommon disease while also having a genuine interest in your long term health. I found mine!"

"After being a patient since around 2017, I’ve finally had enough. There are no answers here, only questions. After a week of multiple phone calls asking to speak to management of the rheumatology clinic, and not receiving a call back, I simply wrote the President of UF Health to ask him to look into my problematic experience with the management and doctor and canceled my next appointment. How disrespectful. Not worth a 2-hour drive from Orlando!"

"The doctors lack any care for patients. I have to find another rheumatologist since dr Soble can't help, no labs ordered, and primary can't order my meds. Unfortunately not easy not many rheumatologist, dr Azasfar was trying to order test and he said nothing will help."

"I've had good and not so good rheumatologists here, but a lot of them seem to have left the practice. Dr Reeves is really great, and I have not had any problems with residents. I suspect that a big issue with this practice is overbooking and overwork causing good doctors to get burnt out."
