"Update 02/13/2023: No thank you HCA, I will not call Dee, she was the biggest part of the problem. Terrible experience. They should have never booked my appointment. I told them I needed to see a GP for a specific reason. When I get there, after they take my weight, BP, temp, and I'm on the hook for payment the tell me they can't treat me and I need to schedule with a different provider. Is this illegal? This should be illegal. Taking vitals and telling me to go somewhere else is not treatment."

"I’m disappointed with their communication and commitment to patients. For the past weeks, I’ve been trying to get a refill on my prescription that I’ve had for years but I was never able to get it. I even asked through my pharmacy to ask my Dr to refill it but she denied the requests. I called asking for a refill multiple times and the resident assigned to me was never there. However, she did return my call but it was during odd hours in which I could not answer. The office said they’d ask a different Dr but I didn’t hear anything from them so that Dr never refilled it for me. I’m just genuinely confused as to why my requests were denied and now I don’t have my prescription. I will be going to a different doctor now."

"This place of medicine is terrible. It’s like they will listen to what works for you and purposely choose an alternative route of treatment. Instead of doing their job and treating you they will give you a bunch of dead end referrals to other offices. Do not waste your time with this office."

"This was the worse experience I’ve ever had and I’ve literally died before in my lifetime. For your appointment, you speak to a student about your situation. They then relay the message to an actual doctor and you pray they advocate for you, they don’t the slightest. You’re a guinea pig, a teaching moment and that’s it to this office. For an example. They are perfectly okay with being worthless and putting you through hell even if you’ve already been through the trial and error phase. They rather keep you coming back and get your money then treat you. Also I’ll mention, if you’re a survivor of DV/SA or just uncomfortable with intrusive questions… this office isn’t for you. The sexual questions are obsessive even if it has nothing to do with why you’re there. I visited this office earlier this month 2023 and also in 2018 and nothing has change."

"You have to fill out 10 pages of paperwork and nothing is digital. Teaching facility should be state of the art! The teaching student was not very helpful. When asked to fill out paperwork a simple biometric screening form, I was told I needed an appointment so they could charge me an office visit. Teaching facility or a money making operation!!!"
