"My PA moved to this office, I call made an appointment and when I went in, right away before my appointment started the nurse came out for my list of meds. Went right in, waited a few mins and Tyler came in and then followed by the Dr on staff. Very professional asked me all the right questions regarding my heart meds and diabetic meds. Will have my entire family switch to them."

"Decided to change my Dr since I live 2 hours away from my current doctor, so I decided to meet Dr McCoy. My appointment was 3:30pm. When I got to Nature Coast Medical Group it was 3:25pm. Receptionist asked if person that set up my appointment told me to come in 1/2 hour before my appointments I told her no they didn’t. She handed me about 7-8 pages of new patient information to fill out, took my DL & Ins card. I filled out all the paperwork, handed it back to receptionist & sat back down. She called me up to sign 2 forms I missed, which I did & sat back down after handing her them. She called me back up & asked me again if the person that made my appointment asked me to come in 1/2 hr earlier than my appointment. I again said no. Receptionist said well now it’s 4pm & we have to have you come back another day since it’s so much later than my original appointment. I said why do I need to be inconvenienced to come back here another day, not to mention filling out all the paperwork first. She just repeated we have to make another appointment. I asked for all my paperwork back & will not go back to that office. Very unprofessional!!"

"This medical office is one of the most incompetent offices I've ever seen. They don't give messages to the Dr. Cancel appointments without telling you, and are not very friendly. Dr McCoy is unprofessional and insists he sees you for an appointment every time your maintenance medication needs refilled. Got a complete physical 3 months ago, needed a refill and he refused to fill it unless he saw me. Office staff never called to tell me that. Waited a week never heard from him. Im changing Doctors."
