"Horrible coordination at this office. Had to take off work early, get my son out school early, AND drove over 50 miles one way to his appointment just to be told when I get there that I did all that for NOTHING because they scheduled him incorrectly with when he is due with insurance company and won’t be able see him for his exam and cleaning unless I pay out pocket. I’ve had this appointment for over a month and they wait til day I get in the office to tell me they are unable see him due to a scheduling issue BUT yet they can blow up your phone with automated phone calls and text messages reminding you of his appointment. Beyond angry customer right now."

"I love going to Palm medical it is convenient and I get treated very well. But I'd like to speak about Amanda the front desk receptionist. She is friendly, exceptionally proficient, always makes me feel welcome, respected, and appreciated. I wish all the receptionists were like her. It's almost a part of the healing process...to be well received, respected, and attended to with appreciation. Amanda needs a promotion, she really does...but then I would miss her, but that's okay"
