At Myofascial Healing & Pilates, we specialize in Pilates and myofascial release, based on the pioneering works of John Barnes MFR. Our team of expert instructors and therapists are dedicated to providing top-quality care and personalized treatment plans to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
Whether you're looking for group or private Pilates sessions, therapeutic massage, myofascial release, or physical therapy, we have a variety of options to suit your needs. Our group Pilates classes are dynamic and inclusive, with a maximum of 5 students per class. We also offer private Pilates sessions tailored to your specific needs and goals, using a variety of Pilates equipment.
In addition to our Pilates and myofascial release services, we also offer physical therapy with skilled therapists specializing in orthopedic and fascial bodywork. Our therapists are trained John Barnes MFR practitioners with years of experience, dedicated to finding and treating the root cause of your dysfunction to improve your quality of life.
At Myofascial Healing & Pilates, we believe in an evidence-based, whole body, holistic approach to healing. Our center provides a serene and welcoming atmosphere for all, where our experienced therapists and instructors will guide you to be your best self. This is a boutique studio, only five reformers and you get one on one attention from the instructor, so it is like a private session. Every instructor is amazing, and the owner, Roxy has high standards. Absolutely love this studio, you can be guaranteed of feeling better, stronger and most importantly, your chances of getting injured during work out is eliminated because the instructors are so careful and they actually watch you and if warranted they correct your form.
