"This place needs better staff I sent my son to this facility all the way from Fairhope Alabama to get help. He called me from there phone saying that they kept saying to him the nurse cannot see you right now. He tried from 9:00 a.m. and did not get meds until 3:00 p.m. that day. Also when you're in the dorms sleeping they will not wake you up when it's time to eat. Needs to be better staffed."
"Incompetent nurses. Most try to pretenf they are doctors. No counseling whatsoever despite the website saying so. You eat, sleep, and watch TV. Nothing else. Have to almost beg for medication. Would not recommend"
