"Carver is a wonderful school. I have one child leaving as an 8th grader this year and her sister will join the Eagle family next year. The staff are really great and always accessible. I highly recommend joining the Student Advisory Council (SAC) meetings. This is the best opportunity to interact with the staff, learn about Carver's progress and direction, and have your voice heard. Meets one Thursday a month from 6-7pm in the Media Center. Go Eagles!"

"I actually just rate this 2.5 stars. The school overall is good but the community is lacking and fails to fix itself. There are still fights between given the years I've been here(now 3 years). The 8th Grade Moving On Ceremony was also disorganized, and chunks of people weren't listed directions on where to attend in the Plumrosa Arts School. Confusion was created as a result of Carver's vague description from the invitations(for the ceremony). I'm not saying the school's that bad, I've only heard of or seen worse. What a community needs is common sense. Carver's community just seems to lack that."

"My son has gone there almost two years. Last year, he had his new sneakers stolen right out of his bookbag during soccer practice by some kid in the aftercare program. This year, he's been bullied for just being white, no other reason (he didn't even know the kid's name). Other than that, he seems to like the teachers and they really made an effort to get him on track with his grades last year (I watched him do his homework every night, but evidently he was only doing late work). This year, his grades are back to where they should be."

"Most people don't really see what goes on in the inside of carver middle the staff say that there is a "zero tolerance for bullying" but that is what is going on inside this school. The teachers don't work with your children and use vulgar language towards them. This is my opinion I went to this school. I have experienced this stuff."

"The principal and staff are great and does a wonderful job but most of the students have a vulgar mouth! I was saddened to hear the words that were coming out of the students mouth and to see their antics. Although truth be told they got that from home ....sad"
