"Excellent all the way around. Rhonda Brannon never rushes, listens to all concerns, asks a lot of questions. Trust her completely. Greg is absolutely the best!"
"Rhonda Brannon is BRILLIANT and very caring! She is a determined, whole picture, problem-solving ARNP. The care I have received cannot be beat. I switched to her because of how she was able to get my mom's health issue under control when the specialists in town could not. I have the same health issue now and it is also under control. ( If I were better at following her instructions, I would be in normal range in other areas too, but that is on me, not her. ) I even switched my minor children to her as well and remain confident in their care. In order for Rhonda to get the whole picture she has to spend time with you.... and that also goes for the people before you. Her level of dedication can make for a long wait time so I just plan on it. I clear my schedule for an afternoon appointment and bring something to do to use that time wisely since I am not a TV person. I don't get upset because I KNOW she will never short change me when I am back there. She is soooo worth the wait to me and my family that I won't consider changing ARNP's/ Dr's. At the risk of more people becoming her patient and my wait time increasing, I have to share that she is PHENOMENAL and if you have a challenging health issue that needs the whole picture to be studied, you should give the office a call. She is a Christian also and will pray with you if you ask. As for her office staff, Greg answers the phone and does the paperwork. He is professional and quite comical, but he keeps that latter part under wraps. He is very efficient and I have received compliments from three other doctor's offices and a lab about how they love working with this office because they have had no trouble getting records, complete records, in a timely manner and the follow up is excellent. I think that speaks very well of his work ethic and excellence. I can also attest that he is very patient because I misplace orders and he gets me another. ---- Definitely a five out of five."
"Rhonda is the best ARNP there is. She spends quality time with each patient. True, there are extended wait times at office visits. BUT, when your turn comes, you are going to get the same care as all the patients before you. I have been seeing Rhonda for MANY years and she has helped me in many ways. And, her staff is just as personable as she is. If you want quality care, this is the place to go."
"I've been very satisfied with my care for the last 2 years UNTIL NOW. I need prescriptions refilled and finally had time to go get my blood work for them, between my two jobs that I must keep to afford copays, ... then the next day I received a dismissal letter "because I hadn't been to them in 4 1/2 months"...apparently if you don't visit every 2 months they're no longer interested in your health. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I had planned on making an appointment today or next week. Now I'm stuck at Christmas without a doctor for refills."
"I was once very pleased with this office, I no longer am. I have been on 2 meds daily for years. One for BP and one for acid reflux. I was in earlier this year for strep throat. I have not been sick since because I have not been sick. Ran out of acid reflux meds and Winn Dixie faxed them for refill approval (been this was since they opened this office) in September. By mid October they had not responded so W.D. refaxed the request and I called as well leaving them a voice mail message requesting the refill. They never responded to my message and today when I called Winn Dixie they said Sea Oats finally did reply and they would not refill my meds unless I came in for an appointment. So other than to extort money from me for the appointment where they will do nothing but take my temp & BP just to refill what they have been doing since I started there was enough for me to change doctors. I am very disappointed in them."
