"After having an appointment booked for months, the office refused to see a patient because they didn't show up "30 minutes prior to the appointment to complete paperwork". However, this requirement was NEVER communicated via phone or email. You would think in today's modern age of technology, paperwork could be completed online prior to the appointment. This clinic does not prioritize the health of their patients. Prayers would be appreciated another blood transfusion isn't needed before we can find another doctor!"

"Staff is rude. Front desk is oblivious and lazy. Billing department argues over co-pays and deductibles because they think they know your plan better then you. Doctor can only treat one thing at a time, didn't even do a physical."

Both doctors are wonderful. I saw Beth 1st when I was sick. And I see Chris regularly to care for my diabetes. They take such time and care to make sure you understand everything! I admit that I was somewhat apprehensive about changing doctors but upon entering the establishment and being greeted by the kind receptionist, I felt immediately at ease and knew that I would like this place. I was not kept waiting long before Nicole took me back for the preliminaries. She was efficient and pleasant. When I met Dr. Chris, I was an instant convert to this facility. Dr. Chris is too kind and her bedside manner is AMAZING. She's also direct, knowledgeable and explains things in an easy to understand manner.
