"I have been referred to First Choice on several different occasions for different problems. I dislocated my shoulder and had extensive damage to the nerves in my hand and was unable to raise my arm above my chest. I am now able to use my arm and do most things. First Choice pushed me and kept me encouraged until I was able to do so. The next occasion was due to my balance. Again they pushed me and encouraged me. Along the way I was taught exercises that I could do at home and it helps me to continue being able to do the things I need to do."

Highly professional, yet friendly with a little banter, make the grueling sessions pass quickly.
