"I have had nothing short of satisfying experiences with this office. A lot of the reviews mention a particular doctor and I believe that doctor has moved on or has been let go. The staff was incredibly friendly and took an ample amount of time to get to know me and my medical needs. They were friendly and accommodating. It felt like a small town experience."

"TOOK ME 9 MONTHS TO GET AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE PHILIP SMITH. I HAVE SOME SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES AND ALL MY REQUESTS FOR REFILLS AND A STANDARD WHEEL CHAIR AND A HANDICAPPED PLACARD WERE NOT DONE. I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND VICKY IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. ALSO THE NURSE DOESN'T LISTEN. THEY SCHEDULED MY NEXT APPOINTMENT FOR JULY 3,2023 AND OF COURSE IT WAS CANCELED DO TO THE HOLIDAY. COME ON THEY HAD TO KNOW THEY WOULD NOT BE OPEN. SO MY NEXT APPOINTMENT IS FOR AUGUST 10TH WHICH I CANCELED I NEED A DOCTOR AND A COMPETENT OFFICE STAFF TO HELP ME WITH MY SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES NOT TO PUT ME OFF AGAIN AND AGAIN. I STILL HAVE THE VOICE-MAIL FROM THEM AND THE INFORMATION I PROVIDED WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT WAS IN THE VOICE-MAIL. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY SAD THAT PEOPLE TREAT PATIENTS THIS WAY. I AM DONE WITH ACENSION FREEPORT DOCTOR'S OFFICE.AND YES AS I READ IN ANOTHER REVIEW PHILIP SMITH DID JUST WALK OUT OF THE ROOM WHILE I WAS STILL TALKING. ALSO HAVING TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 40 DAYS FOR SOMEONE ELSE 'S MISTAKE DEFINITELY NOT MY FAULT BUT I THE PATIENTS IS THE ONE WHO HAS SUFFERED FROM THE SITUATION."

"Saw Phillip Smith APRN. He does not listen very well. Made a diagnosis without using criteria for illness. Now I will not be able to get Life or health insurance in the future with this diagnosis on my chart."

"Be careful of staff and doctor. They will black list you on their own without any documentation and backup for blacklisting you. My research finds they are not even following processes if they want to blacklist you. They like the intimidation on patients to send a message. At least get lawyer consult to see if they can help with this abuse. BTW, in case I get attacked for using the work "blacklist", would instruct SH the definition of "blacklist" for your woke employees. Webster - list of persons who are disapproved of or are to be punished or boycotted. 2. : a list of banned or excluded things of disreputable character."

"I recently change my PCM to Dr. Ross and I couldn’t be happier, wish I had done this sooner. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I never had a provider that was so attentive and that actually listened to my medical concerns. One of the things that I really dislike is feeling like I’m been rushed out the door but I don’t have to worry about that here, he takes his time and makes sure that we are on the same page regarding my care. He is one of the best doctor’s I’ve ever had."
