"This woman has refused to see my daughter every time she has been sick ! I’m always told to take her to the er !! She got behind on her shots and couldn’t get caught up because they wouldn’t see her if she was sick and wouldn’t allow shots if she was sick!! So happy to be switching to a different pediatrician! I do not recommend her ! Numerous times I have been made to feel bad about the way I chose to care for my daughter !! Never again!!"

"My grandchildren come to this office and we have had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Winter is always very caring and attentive, she is a great doctor. Staff is always friendly, we always feel comfortable when we bring our grandchildren to their appointments."

"My experience with Dr. Winters has not been a pleasant. When we moved to Freeport a few years ago, we scheduled our first well check up for our daughter. First encounter Dr. Winters seemed distant and no sense of warmth as you would expect out of a pediatrician, but I just kind of brushed it off as maybe she was having a bad day. Second appt. was not much better. A school sports physical. Her bed side manner is atrocious, you get this sense like she hates her job. But all we needed was a sports physical, so it’s pretty straightforward. But this last appt. was the straw- my daughter had a terrible ear ache. She came in the office, barely stuck the scope in her ear and immediately said she need to see an ENT. She began asking her what she has been using to clean out her ears in an accusatory tone, I could see my daughter looking taken aback and answered for her. She said my daughter had eczema of the ear. I was surprised by her diagnosis as my son battles eczema, she then started pointed out what she appeared to be scabs on her ears from scratching. I asked if she can recommend any relief in the meantime for relief and she prescribed some steroid ear drops. She then said she would put in a referral for an ENT, which she never did. That was the last straw, we immediately switched pediatricians and got an appt immediately, who told us that she didn’t need to see an ENT, but had SWIMMERS EAR. So, Dr. Winters was going to send us to see a specialist for an unnecessary appt all because she didn’t take probably two additional minutes to access the situation. There is better patient care out there, people, save yourself some time, money, and most importantly, BETTER standard of care and go somewhere else. With all that said, office staff is great and friendly, it’s unfortunate that this doctor is not."

"This is the absolute WORST pediatrician I have ever met in my LIFE. Our first appointment with her for my newborn she was very rude and I thought she might have just had a bad day, but that wasnt the case, this woman doesnt have one caring bone in her body for children. I wish there was a way to give her no stars because it's making me sick to even put one! I dont know how in the world she has this profession but sadly she does. I've already contacted corporate offices about this woman. I'm not even one to leave reviews on ANYTHING but I felt the need to and let these other mommas know you would be better off driving across the world than go here !!!"

"When my Grandson came into this wonderful world,my daughter and I went to see this HORRIBLE so called Dr. She acted like we had a plague, didn't know one thing about anything just referred us to other doctors! This person is the worst and very non caring about children. Save yourself and your child and go the extra mile to a real pediatrician, you will thank the reviews later. If I could give a zero I would,she doesn't deserve a 1......."
