"I’ve spent an entire week attempting to reschedule my son’s appointment and not one time did the front desk answer. On top of that, I needed confirmation from a nurse that my son’s need a special formula so Wic can give me the right kind, and I spent an entire day trying to get ahold of someone. I kept getting transferred to the front desk who don’t answer their phones, and when I finally did get to the nurses voicemail I left a detailed message only to never get a call back. I’m definitely finding a new pediatrician, this is ridiculous."

She treats my children like her own and I always leave the office feeling like super mom. She’s down to earth, very smart and just a genuinely nice person. She takes her time to answer my questions and she is very throughout with my children. Everyone I’ve seen in that office has been great but Dr. Tidwell is the best!"
