"We are from Pennsylvania, camping at Topsail Preserve. I sustained an open wound injury on my thumb. Went to Primary Care South for treatment. Being a first time patient, registration was a little difficult. But the young lady at the front desk was so kind and helped my husband get me in the system. The nurse that checked my thumb was so calm and kind-she really helped my anxiety. Dr Patton was very professional, informative and kind. He had to cauterize the wound, which is quite painful. But he kept talking to me and my husband throughout the treatment. His calm and caring demeanor was so very appreciated! If we lived in the area, I would continue going to this practice. The staff made a terrible accident bearable. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts!"

"I went in to be seen ,pretty sure that I was dealing with a sinus infection. Although, the Dr felt it to be also, he wanted to be thourgh with the diagnosis, he suggested doing a flu test and covid test to rule it out. Both were negative, so it gave us a more certain path to treat. I highly recommend and was satisfied with my visit."

"I went in because I have had a nonstop, terrible cough. I was seeing within the first five minutes of walking in the door. After being examined I was prescribed an antibiotic and magic pills for the cough ! Bedside manner of both people that I saw was wonderful (including Dee up front) I do not have insurance and this appointment and the prescriptions to follow were very affordable! Thank you guys so much for your help!! I will absolutely be back and will recommend this location to anyone seeking urgent medical treatment or pre op surgery appointment clearance!"
