"Parents, if you plan on asking any questions about how they came to the results of their 39 minute evaluation or have questions about the length of their treatments, this place is not for you. The CEO/owner is very rigid, rude, and abrupt and is not very flexible in the slightest. In fact, she rejected us originally because we were asking too many questions about the recommended hours of treatment and how she derived at her findings of the evaluation. I had to call back and basically apologize for asking too many questions about how she arrived at the results of the evaluation. Let me explain, after meeting my child for approx 39 min and conducting their evaluation, they found it necessary for my child to have therapy sessions for 4 hours a day, 4 days a week. This completely interrupts his school time and doesn’t allow any flexibility. This was the first time he met them and was a little shy. He didn’t say or do much for them. I asked that if he could be re-evaluated after 30 days or after he warmed up to them a little. I asked her that maybe didn’t need 4 days a week and 3 days would work. The owner/CEO said absolutely not, they would conduct a reevaluation in 6 months and no sooner. This is not a warm and comforting place. The CEO seems like she has something to prove. She does not speak to you in a very professional manner or not accepting of any type of questioning by parents. They’ve been open since 2012 and where are the reviews? They have 7 reviews and the majority of them are from a couple of years ago. This may be the type of therapy that you are looking for but with our child, our pediatrician and current therapists strongly advised against this rigid schedule."
