"Update: the insurance bounced back too, so now I have to pay another $100. If I could give this place 0 stars, I totally would. Went for a cleaning for my son (after asking on the phone if they take my insurance to which the lady replied yes), which through our insurance it’s always free. When I went to the front desk AFTER the appointment, I was slapped in the face with a $100 bill. I was told that during my initial phone conversation they mentioned the 50% co-pay. They did not. Not until after the appointment and gave me no choice but to pay. If I was a single mom and those were my money for food for a week I would be livid. Do better. When it comes to the service itself, I can’t deny they were super nice and my son absolutely loved being there."
