"I wish five hours ago when I called about my goat you would have asked the questions of what was wrong before I drove for 4 hours to get to you and the other vet you referred us to who we did tell her when we were close but she just left and you were not back then when I finally spoke to you then after driving everywhere to Alabama you tell me you couldn’t do it ! So now after driving with sick goat for 5 hours I am going all they way back to chi ply .. really why not talk to me sooner? Hopefully I’m not too late with my goat but I just won’t know for a few more hours after I finally get to a vet who cares .. this wasn’t a nice thing to do to me"
