"I will start off by saying that I've only been here for one appointment, but in that one appointment I have never felt so truly heard and cared for as I have felt here today. I've been dealing with something for years that doctors/specialists I've seen should have been able to help with, but didnt take the time or effort to even look into. These people are incredibly knowledgeable, actually truly care, take the time to listen to you asking meaningful questions in order to get to the bottom of what is causing the condition. The level of care and effort they've shown me in just one appointment is something I could have never dreamed of from a doctor due to my very negative experiences up to this point. These ladies have provided me so much hope."

"This used to be a great practice. Dr Fedosky was the best. Dr Lay is good, but the staff and the nurses leave a lot to be desired. They don't return calls, don't send over labs. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."

"Do not recommend. I was given Dr. Jennifer Lay's name by a friend. I went twice to see Dr. Lay. Dr. Lay was thorough but I have not rec'd any copies of my medical records or blood work results as requested. A bigger issue is that Dr. Lay told me to use a specific Labcorp and when I did, I rec'd a huge bill of $2400 for out of network cost. I have been calling for months to get help with this bill and no one will answer the phone or call you back. Very disgusted as I asked could I go to another place to have my blood work drawn and she specifically told me to use this location because she liked how the reports came to her. Now when I get a huge bill in all commutations has stopped"

"Dr. Jennifer Lay is awesome; extremely knowledgeable and professional, and also very kind and helpful. She solves complex health problems with interlocking systems really well (for example endocrine, rheumatologic, cardiac, osteo, etc.). I love the staff here, too. They're all so welcoming even when super busy. I drive three hours each way to get care here during non-covid times, and it is entirely worth it. Thank you for the great care over these many years!"

"I am so glad I found Access Medical.! 10 years of treatment for my thyroid at another practice and I was told everything was fine as I was in tears in the office telling them I didn’t feel fine. My levels while “normal” were not balanced and within a couple visits with Jessica Rapa and a very detailed blood panel she had me on the way to feeling like myself again.
