"Lindsey M-B APRN & Holly RN from Dr Hoffman’s team at WWMC-BWB helped me a lot today. I had an issue that needed quick attention and a couple of referrals and preauthorizations to get for future health. Lindsey and Holly listened and acted efficiently to get me in a good direction. I especially appreciate the WWMC Patient Portal too to receive notes and test results quickly and ability to send messages. I’ve been with WWC for years and am thankful for their help."

"I dropped off a paper to be filled out by a doctor and i called once last Thursday and Friday to see if it was filled out and was told the doctor hasn't gotten to it and they will make a note. The paper had to be filled out by today. I called this morning and after being on hold while the receptionist "got the nurse" i was hung up on. I called again and was told to please hold. I hung up and called again until they stopped even picking up. I called from another phone number and someone picked up. I am angry that my calls were being ignored and was told to be respectful, meanwhile they disrespected me for 30 minutes. I was told to calm down. When i stopped talking she clarified she was not going to hang up and was going to find a nurse. When she comes back she tells me the doctor had "just" signed the paper and i can come pick it up. When i received the paperwork, the signature was dated for Friday, November 3rd. I am extremely annoyed with this whole thing and i only needed a paper filled out."

"Years of consistent medical care. My care here has been good. I have no plans to find a new primary care physician. Pros: Easy to make appointments, good atmosphere, personnel seem competent, well-utilized portal, clean, seems to meet standards of practice that I’ve seen elsewhere, most personnel are efficient, caring, and friendly. Cons: Sometimes I’ve been met with the modern medical attitude that if you’re not going to die from it, just let it be. Continuity is a little spotty, so like most modern medical places, you need to stay on top of things yourself. I don’t know that anyone else is doing any better. Generally speaking, I think they do a good job, especially given the difficult medical and insurance system they work in. More preventative care or education would be a nice improvement."
