"The people here were extremely rude, they asked to arrive 45min early for an FAA exam and weren't able to provide me with exam essentials. When asked why I was asked to arrive 45 early, the lady replied that I am the only one taking the exam. Such rude behavior before an exam really sets your mood off. People need to know basic customer service."

"I paid $255 to take a TOEFL IBT test , the black lady was nice but the second receptionist was weird, she asked me to take my ring off, she kept looking at me and she also came in the room many times for not reason, I was the only one in the room , she was too much , I felt like I was in jail , never ever again, guys try another places"

"Went in today to take a financial mathematics exams. I've spent about 200 hours over the past two months studying for this exam which is very math intensive and timed at 3 hours, the time crunch is another major part of my exam. Everything went smoothly up until about the 3rd question of my exam. At that point an ACTUAL jack hammer in the room across from of us started pounding at something. I raised my hand and asked for them to stop the noise. They said they weren't able to, and when I asked if I was able to reschedule and what would happen to my exam score if I did they were unable to advise me further than calling customer service. This is a problem because my test does not allow breaks or cell phone use. I had to make the decision, without knowing what would happen with my score or whether, to leave my test then and call customer support. I was unsure whether I would be allowed to resit this exam. I believe the way this center handled this was incredibly unprofessional. To begin with, their should not have been construction while exams were underway. Additionally, they should have told me the construction was creating a lot of excess noise in the test room and offered me an opportunity to reschedule before beginning my exam, both for my sake and the integrity of the exam. After that, they should have been able to provide me enough information during my exam to make an educated decision about whether to end my exam now or complete it, but they were unable to provide any information except for call customer service, which I couldn't do."

"I had a pleasant experience here. They called to confirm the day before and also gave me a courtesy call the day of my national exam to let me know that my reserved cubicle had been vacated early so I could start my exam earlier if I wanted. Everyone was friendly and professional to me and to everyone else I saw being checked in. My cubicle was disinfected before I sat down and they provide headphones so you can block out any noise. So I would recommend this location unlike other reviewers because the 3 ladies I dealt with were all very pleasant."
